Situated on the lower floor, the Messrs Maguire Whiskey Bar serves a range of homegrown whiskeys from Cooley Distillery, Ireland's only independent Irish whiskey distillery.
Each whiskey has a signature flavour allowing you to experience and appreciate the special way in which it has been distilled and matured.

Kilbeggan Irish whiskey
From the oldest whiskey distillery in the world, Kilbeggan is a blend of the finest grain and malt whiskeys producing a beautiful sweet taste and malty finish.
Greenore Single Grain
The only bottling of Single Grain Irish whiskey and one of a handful of such bottling's in the world. Greenore is predominately made from corn giving it a silky smooth sweet taste.
Connemara Peated Single Malt
Created by drying malting barley over peat fires Connemara revives one of the ancient distilling traditions of Ireland and imparts a distinctive smoky flavour to the whiskey.
